The board at the Kevin Woyjeck Explorers for Life Association voted to help fund a young, underserved, fire explorer as they enter paramedic school.
(Name, organization and school not named to maintain the student’s privacy)

We have helped put this student in a position to be successful by taking away some of the financial pressure. We couldn’t do this without our incredible sponsors and supporters.
Kevin Would be proud!

Thank you to our all volunteer board at the Kevin Woyjeck Explorers for Life Association,

Anna Woyjeck,

I had the honor of speaking to the US Forest service Wildland Fire Explorer academy.
There were about 40 young men and women in the class, for many of them this was day one of their fire service career.
I am happy to say that the Kevin Woyjeck Explorers for Life Assn was able to help
many of these potential first responders that may have not been able to attend.
This was a VERY organized academy!
We are making a difference!
Thank you to all of our supporters!

What a great example of paying it forward !!

So impressive ♥️🚒♥️

I'm so sorry for the hole in your heart. But it seems it has allowed the light to pass through. What an awesome honorable tribute to your son. God bless you and all those explorers.

Keeping the dream alive. Everyone knows the name Kevin Wojeck here in Prescott.

Awesome Joe!!💥

The Kevin Woyjeck Explorers for Life Assn was able to help the Prescott AZ fire cadet program with a few thousand dollars in new Phenix First Due fire helmets and new structure fire boots (the boots were donated by our friends at MES company.)
It sure feels good to support the Prescott community.
Thank you to our donors and thank you to Conrad Jackson for educating the next generation of first responders.

Sooooo,
Anna and I got an early start to attend the CETEX inaugural fire explorer muster that was hosted by the California State Firefighter Association
(CSFA) in Riverside, CA.
Hemet Fire Chief Eddie Sell is the president of CSFA and is a long time friend. Kevin worked with Chief Sell off duty between fire academies and fire deployments, Chief Sell holds a special place in his heart for the loss of Kevin and his 18 brothers.
This was an incredible event with over 250 young men and women competing in fire related events,
everything from hose drags to bucket brigades.
Explorer posts from as far away as Fresno attended!
I must admit I missed cheering for the LA County Explorers as they were not able to make it.
The event, facility and weather were outstanding. The camaraderie building was incredible.
The Kevin Woyjeck Explorers for Life association had helped many of the explorer programs in attendance with gear and scholarships over the last 8 plus years.
It was incredible to have firefighters who are now Explorer advisors come up to Anna and me and say,
“Thank you, you (the Kevin Woyjeck Explorers for Life Assn) helped me when I was an explorer and now I am a firefighter, I am an advisor now to give back”

I want to thank our board,
all of our donors,
(Especially Edison as they stepped up to help us with this event)
CSFA, Chief Sell and all of the young men and women who were there!
They ARE the next generation of first responders!
If you have an explorer post I suggest you sign up early once next years event is announced!
